Comparison: Leadership in the 20th and 21st Centuries

Hello,

As you view the episode of "The Office" below, please take note of the characteristics of Dwight's leadership. What changes did he make after he became "The Boss?" Does his leadership, in any way, reflect the leadership of Hitler, Mussolini, and/or Stalin?

When the video is over, use the evidence you collected to write an essay that:

• has a relevant thesis, and support that thesis with accurate historical evidence,
•  addresses all parts of the question, and
• makes direct, relevant comparisons. 

Question: Compare the leadership of Dwight with the leadership characterized by dictators in the twentieth century. You may want to consider the following in your essay: changes made, the restrictions on freedoms, the response of portions of the population to the changes, the actions taken against oppositional forces, the methods used to gain power, and/or the end of rule by a person or party.
