Students:
Copy and past the link below into your search bar, or go to the AP Documents page under "Informational Documents," and look at the class averages for each era on the Practice Exam taken today in class.
Take a few minutes to look at the scores and then leave a comment with your thoughts on what the scores tell us about our class, and our time together so far. Try to write at least 3 or 4 sentences.
Remember to keep your comments clean and professional in nature. Criticism is okay, but being flat-out mean is not.
Thanks and happy posting,
Markstone

Looking at the average scores i feel that we as a class may not be fully understanding. Although it can also be that we are slow at test taking. Like me for example when it comes to tests i panic and i like to have my time and not be timed on tests. By the time we had to turn in the test i still needed many more questions so i had to just bubble in whatever. Another reason is probably confusion on what is going on, dates and reasons things happened. Eras 4 & 5 can be understandable for low scores, since we havent gone over the eras in class. Maybe some review on what we have done would help too =)
ReplyDeleteas i saw the average scores it was easy to notice that we probably did horribly. like yessica says era 4 and 5 are an exeption since we are barely getting there. a review would be great. i didnt finish the test on time therefore i guessed from around 30 to the end. the questions were hard but some were exeptionally easy to remember the answer to. whatever we did while we studied era 3 really helped us since that era has the highest average.
ReplyDeleteAre average scores do tell me that our class isn't fully understanding the material being taught. I feel as though we spend a lot of time on certain things that are not that important. Also, we do spend too much time goofing around, even though it is very fun, sometimes we need to focus more. I also think if more of the class actually did their notes they would understand more of the information.
