Everyone:
So, I took my son to get a haircut on Saturday. The Lady at the fantastic salon couldn't figure out how to 1. check us in, 2. get the seat to the correct height, or 3. put on the apron (He's eight and she tried to put the baby apron on. You know, the one with fish and cartoon sea turtles on it.). Anyway, it took 45 minutes to finish the haircut. I stopped looking at one point because things were going so poorly. I even started looking up other salons that were still open so I could take him there to have his hair fixed. Luckily, the manager was present and decided she would attempt to step in. Thanks a lot, manager lady. You are pretty fantastic, unlike some of your employees. Here's a picture of the haircut. On a scale of 1-10 I'd give it a 6. The experience was definitely only like a 3 or 4. My daughter had to pee and there were no seat covers, so I had to hold her above the toilet. She demanded that I put her down and tried to kick me. We had a bout of fisticuffs, in which I prevailed, and she did her duty whilst suspended in the air.
Yeah, my kids are cute. I know this. I helped make them. I'm halfway responsible for their good looks. Also, I should be a photographer and a hairstylist.
