Everyone

A couple things for you all to think about as we enter the last week before Thanksgiving break...

  1. I didn't grade a single essay this weekend.
  2. I did build a cabinet/shelf, cleaned out/up my daughter's toys (we sent three bags to the Goodwill).
  3. I cleaned the backyard.
  4. I cleaned the house... from the windows to the walls... 'till the sweat dripped down my...
  5. I mounted my surround sound speakers on the wall (They look pretty killer).
  6. I went on a date with my wife.
Seriously, though here are some things that relate to class.

In Modern World History last week we were talking about voting, mostly how it relates to the colonists in the 13 colonies, but then I got sidetracked (just a little) and we delved into local elections and, eventually, we wound up discussing the exam you have to take to become a naturalized citizen of the United States. Well, if you take the entire exam and bring a picture of your screen showing your final score, I'll throw in some extra credit. No cheating on the exam, though. Just answer the questions to the best of your ability.... click here to take the test.

AP kids, if you want to look at the digital chapters of Bentley then please click here and then choose the "AP STUDENT DOCUMENTS" folder. Inside it is a whole treasure trove of stuff I've compiled and developed just for you. It's kind of a big deal. Inside it is a folder titled "BENTLEY BOOK." Click it and the chapters are all yours.

I got 6 incorrect... I'd complain about "unfair" questions, but I'm pretty sure no one would feel sorry for me.
